Terms of Service

Version 2.0 ยท Effective 2026-10-21

The parties

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Yes No Capital LLC ("we", "us"), a Minnesota limited liability company at 202 N Cedar Ave, Ste 1, Owatonna, MN 55060, which operates Yes No Signals at yesnosignals.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

Yes No Signals collects prices from public prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold and others) and public economic data, matches the same question across venues, and shows where the money agrees, where it disagrees and what public data sits behind each question. Anyone can read the free preview. Yes No Signals Pro costs $99 a month or $899 a year and includes the full dashboard, alerts, the daily digest email and the data API. Yes No Signals Pro+, a weekly report tier at $1,499 a month, is not open to new subscribers today; if it reopens these Terms cover it. We aggregate and display data. We do not hold, manage or invest anyone's money and we do not execute trades.

Nothing Yes No Signals publishes is advice of any kind, as the next sections set out.

What the name means

The name describes what the platform shows: where money sits in yes or no prediction markets. Prediction markets offer binary contracts and participants put real money behind their forecasts. We aggregate and display that data. Yes No Capital LLC is not an investment fund, asset manager, broker-dealer, registered investment advisor or financial institution.

Not financial advice

Everything on the platform (prediction market probabilities, divergences, fundamental data, economic indicators, causal links, context notes, briefs, digests, reports and any other content) is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform is:

When we show that two venues disagree on the probability of an event, we report a data observation; we are not saying either venue is right or that an arbitrage exists. When we show fundamental data beside market data, we give context, not a forecast or a recommendation. Every track record, accuracy figure or historical statistic we show describes what happened in the past, measured after the fact; past results do not guarantee future results.

Every Yes No Signals publication is an impersonal broadcast: the same content goes to every subscriber of a tier at the same time, and none of it is prepared for any one person's situation. Nothing we publish creates an advisory relationship or a fiduciary duty. Pro+ reports, when offered, are published under the SEC publisher's exclusion recognized in Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985).

No guarantees on data accuracy

Prediction market data comes from third-party venues, and fundamental data comes from government agencies, data providers and public sources. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any data shown. Markets can be illiquid, manipulated, stale or wrong. Data feeds can fail, lag or return errors. Our matching can pair unrelated questions or miss real matches, and figures can be delayed or differ from the source venue.

Verify any data independently before you rely on it, and check the source venue for current, authoritative prices.

Your responsibility

By using the platform you acknowledge that:

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by Kalshi, Polymarket, Manifold or any other venue.

Your account

You must be at least eighteen. One account per person. Keep your email address current, because it is how we reach you about your account and about changes to these Terms. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

Subscriptions, billing and price changes

Yes No Capital LLC is the merchant of record for every Yes No Signals transaction. Before you buy, the checkout shows you, next to the button that commits you, the price, that the plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, the length of each period, that there is no minimum purchase, and how to cancel. We never charge you before you have agreed to the plan. Prices are set in US dollars whatever method you pay with.

After you subscribe we email you a confirmation you can keep: the plan, the price, the length of each period, how to cancel, and, if the plan starts with a free trial, the day the trial ends and how to cancel before the first charge. If a plan starts with a free trial we also email you a reminder before the trial ends and before anything is charged, whatever the length of the trial.

You can cancel at any time: on your account page at yesnosignals.com/dashboard, choose Manage Subscription, then cancel in the Stripe billing portal that opens. We ask only for what is needed to process the cancellation. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. When you cancel we do not delay it and we do not push offers at you; we may ask once why you are leaving, and you do not have to answer. If you cannot get through those steps, email us and the cancellation counts from the day your email arrives. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

We may change prices. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. We email you at least thirty days before a new price takes effect at your next renewal. The message you can keep states your current price, the new price, the date it starts, why we are changing it, and how to cancel before then at no cost. A change to these billing terms that we did not announce this way does not bind you.

If a plan ever runs as a continuous service with no fixed renewal period, we email you at least once a year with its terms and how to cancel or manage it.

Taxes are added where the law requires. If a payment fails we retry and tell you, and we may suspend access until it is settled.

How we communicate

We send account, billing, security and policy email to the address on your account for as long as you hold one. Marketing email and text messages are sent only if you opt in, under the terms in the Privacy Policy, and you can opt out at any time. Notices under these Terms are given by email to your account address and are effective when sent.

Acceptable use

Use the Service for its intended purpose and within the law. Do not share your access with others, scrape or bulk-download content, reverse engineer the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it to harm anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break this section.

Content and intellectual property

The Service, its software, designs, data and content belong to Yes No Capital LLC or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is in good standing, and nothing more. Anything you submit stays yours; you give us the right to store, process and display it as needed to run the Service for you.

The matching method, aggregation logic, scoring, visual design and written briefs are proprietary to Yes No Capital LLC. You may share individual event cards and embeds with attribution. You may not scrape, reproduce or redistribute bulk data, resell access, or use the Service's output to build a competing product without written permission.

Changes to the Service

We improve the Service continuously and we may add, change or retire features. If we remove a feature that was a material part of a plan you paid for, we tell you at least thirty days in advance and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund of the unused prepaid period. We may also discontinue the Service entirely, with at least sixty days notice and a refund of any unused prepaid period.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms carry a version number and an effective date at the top. A change is material if it reduces what you can do or what we owe you, raises what you pay, adds a new way we use your personal information, adds a new way we contact you, or changes how disputes are decided. Adding a feature, fixing an error, rewording for clarity, updating a name or address, adding or swapping a service provider in a category our Privacy Policy already lists, and changes that are better for you are not material.

For a material change we email every account holder at least thirty days before the new version takes effect, in a message you can keep that says what changed and how to cancel. For a change to the limitation of liability, to how disputes are decided, or to how we use your personal information, we ask you to accept the new version with one click, and we record the version, the time and the words you were shown. Until you do, the version you accepted before stays in force for you. For every other material change, continued use after the effective date means you accept it. If you do not accept it, cancel before the effective date and we refund any unused prepaid period. We record which version you accepted and when.

If the law or a court requires a change sooner, or an urgent security problem leaves no time, we make only that change, tell you by email on the day it takes effect, and say why. If a change is better for you, it can take effect when posted. Non-material changes, such as clarifications, take effect when posted here with a new version number.

A new version applies from its effective date forward. It does not change what you paid for before that date, and it does not apply to a claim or dispute that either of us began before that date.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where the law requires, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Sections that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law, survive termination.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yes No Capital LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility. That includes trading losses, missed opportunities and decisions made from data shown on the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits, and in those places the limits apply to the extent allowed.

Indemnity

You will defend and hold Yes No Capital LLC harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. There is no arbitration clause and nothing here waives your right to join a class action.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, and the successor takes over our obligations to you under these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable the rest stands. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. Headings are for reading only.
