Refund Policy
First purchase
If Yes No Signals is not for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No form, no reason required. This covers the first payment of a monthly or a yearly plan.
No Yes No Signals plan has a free trial today. The free preview on the website costs nothing and needs no card.
Billing errors
Double charges, charges after you cancelled and charges at the wrong plan are always refunded once we confirm them, usually the same day. If someone used your payment method without your permission, write to us at once and we refund and investigate.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time: on your account page at yesnosignals.com/dashboard, choose Manage Subscription, then cancel in the Stripe billing portal that opens. You can also email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for and no further charges are made.
Free trials
If your plan starts with a free trial, cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. We email you a reminder before the trial ends. If you are charged because you missed the end of a trial, write to us within seven days of the charge and we refund it.
Renewals
Renewals are not refunded once the new period has started, because you can cancel at any time before it does. If you forgot to cancel and have not used the Service in the new period, write to us within seven days of the charge and we will refund it.
Price or feature changes
If we raise a price or remove a material feature and you cancel before the change takes effect, we refund any unused prepaid period pro rata, as the Terms promise.
What is not covered
Partial periods. Outside the cases on this page, we do not prorate or refund the rest of a month or a year after you cancel. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
Pro+ reports already delivered. Pro+ reports are published under the SEC publisher's exclusion and each has its value on delivery, so reports already received are not refunded on their own; the first-payment window above still applies in full.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you think a charge is wrong or was not authorized, write to [email protected] first; most billing problems are settled within a day. If you have already filed a dispute with your bank or card issuer, withdraw it before asking us for a refund, because handling both at once can trigger automated fraud flags that slow the return of your money. A chargeback filed without contacting us first can take weeks and may suspend the account while it is investigated.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Our processor usually posts them within five to ten business days. If you paid in bitcoin or a stablecoin, the refund is the US-dollar amount you paid, settled in US dollars or in the same asset at the exchange rate on the day we send it. Yes No Capital LLC is the merchant of record and the charge on your statement reads YES NO CAPITAL PRO (YES NO CAPITAL PROPLUS for Pro+).
